All three, smiling at the camera, are dressed in evening wear and Breen has his arms around the waist of the two actors who are both wearing three-quarter length evening gowns accessorised with white gloves. Sylva Koscina and Luisa Della Noce acted together in the Italian-French comedy-drama film Juliet of the Spirits (1965) which was directed by Federico Fellini. The photo, taken in 1956, notes at the back that this is the first pointed high-heeled shoe in Cork. Koscina, wearing a Glen-check outfit, and smiling up towards the camera, is holding up a coin next to the heel of the shoe indicating its small dimensions.
