The 2018 festival programme cover has a green and blue colour scheme with an emerald-green stripe along the book spine. To the right of the green stripe, there is a blue-themed lightly pixelated image of a partially visible face with just the right eye showing. The eye is looking up through dense eyelashes towards the upper left corner of the programme. The Cork Film Festival logo of a three-masted sailing ship sits at the bottom left of the programme cover next to the number 63, which is the edition of the 2018 festival. The rear of the programme, also coloured in green, has the same logo at its centre.

The 2018 programme is a soft glue-bound programme with 133 numbered pages.
