Title
Cork International Film Festival programme cover from 1961
Subject
Cork Film Festival
Description
The 1961 festival programme cover is cream-coloured with a Celtic-stylised faded image of a saint holding a staff in his right hand - probably St Finbarr of Cork. The image is flanked by two emblems – one of the harp and one of the coat of arms of Cork (a ship between two towers). The image is faded where the print has rubbed off. The back cover is cream with no images. The printer is credited at the lower edge of the page.
The 1961 programme is a soft discoloured card-bound programme measuring 20.5cm x 13.5cm. The bind is stapled and it has 40 numbered pages.
